Nebula corp is officially working in the 3 systems to keep current antislavery coalition in majority. Other groups, races, etc are working at cross purposes. Our usual tactics of changing the leadership quickly and violently doesn’t seem to be working because the acceptance of slavery is not just within the elite, it’s cultural that human population sees bedelman as chattel.
Their current plan: Extort OA to give up slavery under threat of annihilation using GORO.
2 ways it can work out: We keep goro away from OA. They can upgrade him. The existance of him is a threat. Because of the possibility of unleashing an armada on the OA. They can change the leader’s mind to antislavery.
